From the Main Menu of your Site Manager, click Social Networks (in the Marketing column), and then click Facebook.

Introduction

You can create an application on Facebook which submits promotions and products to your Facebook profile, as well as your friend’s and fan’s.  You can also send invites to your fans, post information to friend and fan’s profiles.

This application allows you to target a particular demographic, such as age or hobbies.

Facebook

Enter your Facebook credentials to sign in to this service.

If you do not have a Facebook account, you can create one with the Sign up for Facebook link.

Click Allow to allow Facebook and your Site Manager to exchange non-security information, such as products and promotions.

Unless you have previously set up a Facebook application, you will need to create one.

Click either Create one or Set Up New Application.

Enter a name for the application, agree to the Facebook Terms of Service, and then click Save Changes.

Copy the Application ID, API Key, and Secret into the boxes with the same name on the Facebook page of your Site Manager.

Enter the e-mail address you use to sign in to Facebook in both the Developer Contact Email and User Support Email boxes.

Also fill out the rest of the boxes on the screen.

Copy the code in section 6 of the Facebook page in your Site Manager.

On the Facebook screen, click Authentication on the left menu. Paste the copied code into the Post-Authorize Callback URL box.

On the Facebook screen, click Pages on the left menu.  Paste the copied code into the Post-Add Redirect URL box.

Click Canvas on the left menu.  Paste the copied code into the Callback URL box.  Enter a name for your Canvas Page.  Try your store name first, and then similar names if it is already taken.

All characters must be lower case, with no numbers and a limit of 20 characters.

On the Facebook screen, click Connect on the left menu. Paste the copied code into the Connect URL box.

Click Save Changes on the Facebook screen.

Review the Terms of Service, and then click Submit.

It may take up to 30 seconds for the new page to show in the list.
