Find this feature

From the Main Menu of your Site Manager, click Orders (in the Sales column), and then click All Orders.

Introduction

All Orders displays all of the orders placed within the specified date range.  Set the Start date and End date and then click Search.

You can also find an order by searching on the order number.  Enter the order number in the View by order number box and then click View.

All Orders

The screen displays the orders sorted by Order ID.

Details

Click Details on the line of an order to view details on an order.  See the Order Details topic to learn more.

Delete order

To delete an order, select the box next to the Order ID(s) you wish to remove, and then click Apply next to Delete selected order(s).

Note:  You cannot delete an order made with a gift card or an order made through an affiliate.

Submit order

You have two options for submitting an order from your site manager.

Submit order to process:  This submits your order to eMerchantClub, who will enter your order on smcorp.com for you.  This adds 1-2 business days to the order processing time.

Copy order to SMCORP cart:  This copies all of the products in the order to your smcorp.com shopping cart.  You must now sign in to smcorp.com and complete the order.

Fill out the SMC Membership screen (in the Support column), select an order, and then click Submit Order.

First verify that you have received payment for an order, and that all products in the order are SMC products.

Set Shipment Date

Enter a date into the Set Shipment Date field, select one or more orders, and then click Apply to assign that shipment date to the order(s).

Set Tracking No – Enter a tracking number (issued by the shipping company), select at least one order, and then click Apply.  This creates a link in the e-mail sent to your customer.

The link only works with the UPS site.  If you include a tracking number from another carrier, your customer must copy/paste the number onto the carrier’s site.  For example, if you enter a DHL tracking number, your customer must copy/paste the tracking number to DHL’s Web site.

Packages
To edit package details for an order, click Details in the Packages column.  Use the package feature to get shipping rates from professional shippers.  Learn more about this feature on the Package Details page.
